EVENTS RULES:
These are just basic rules and guidelines: Please use your best judgment while at

1. NO MEANS NO: there are no exceptions to this rule!!!!
2. This is meant to be a safe and pressure free environment please help us to keep it this way
for all of our guests. Don't be afraid to tell someone you are interested. Please just tell them
once and see where it goes. Please don't keep asking if they like you they will tell you if they
do.
3. You must be fully clothed and or covered when entering and or leaving the party room or
any area of the hotel. Please remember that there are other guests at the hotel and respect
that accordingly.
4. NO groping or fondling staff or other guests without consent.
5. Any problems that arise need to addressed with the host/hostess or a member of the staff.
6. Absolutely no door knocking within the hotel unless you have been invited to a specific
room by the person that is renting the room.
7. Hotel staff is not part of the party so please respect this and understand that they are
simply there to work.
8. Our staff is there for your protection and safety. To insure we all have a safe and enjoyable
evening.
9. Host/Hostess reserves the right to make any final decisions and ask anyone to leave at
anytime for any reason.
10. Remember we are not the only guests that stay at this hotel so we need to respect that so
that we can continue to have our dances here.
11. YOU Must be 21 to enter (we reserve the right to refuse to admit anyone without proof of
legal age.)
12. Not responsible for lost, stolen items or accidents. Please keep your valuables in your
room and safe.
13. Suggestions are welcomed and encouraged. We don't know what you want if you don't let
us know.
14. We expect everyone to be curtious of the feelings of the guests around them. Respecting
others in very important to us. If you start a fight you will be asked to leave and not return
and we will call the police and have you arrested and you will pay for any damages.
15. Discretion in this lifestyle is a must and anyone that chooses to share information of
someone else that has attended a party will be banned from attending another dance. It is
only the business of the people attending so don't take it out for the room.
16. Have fun don't worry about anything come, relax, make life long friends, make memories
that will last a lifetime and have the time of your life.
17. We have a strict no refund policy unless you meet the following exceptions: We are
unable to hold the dance for some reason and you have already pre-paid.
Sorry that we have to have this rule but we "buy" enough Supplies ice, pop, food, prizes etc...
To meet the requirements for the reservations that we have. Because of the all the
pre-planning that is involved we cannot offer a refund unless we are unable to hold the
dance. Now if you pre-pay and you cancel at least 7 days in advance your money will be
refunded to you...
THESE RULES WERE MADE SO THAT WE CAN ALL HAVE A FUN, SAFE, PRESSURE FREE
PLACE TO GO AND MEET LIKE MINDED PEOPLE. PLEASE DON'T LET THEM SCARE YOU
OFF THESE ARE IN PLACE FOR YOUR PROTECTION. ALSO ANYONE THAT IS ASKED TO
LEAVE DUE TO A RULE INFRACTION WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND WILL BE
BANNED FROM THE DANCES AS WELL AS THE CLUB... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR
